New to finding a clan/consistent fireteam

Not sure how this works fairly new to Destiny, less than a month in. I am 292 light Hunter, looking for a clan or fireteam to do PvE and PvP. I play on Xbox One with a fairly flexible schedule. I am at that point where I need to find some guys to help with certain PvE quests/raids to be able to advance further in the game.
