Kings Fall, Normal (Quest)

Light lvl 380 Sunsinger/Stormcaller Warlock knows what to do and needs help with KF and (optionally) WOTM, I've done my guide readings and i know what to do but i still haven't done either of the raids and they are a part of my questline :/ Help would be appreciated and microphone is appreciated but still a optional choice.
