It's an interesting feeling. I have a lvl 10 Titan that has been fun to run around with, and was really helpful picking up craploads of Spinmetal when he was leveling up. But in the end, it really doesn't feel any different than playing with my Warlock and that's why I think I'll level it very slowly. I played WoW a LOT and had tons of alts and played them all so I'm not "alt" adverse at all. There just isn't any flavor between the different classes. With WoW it was leveling a whole new character, class, starting area, etc - it was very unique. With Destiny I'd only want to do that to do more dailies and grind, which I really don't have time for for just ONE character. I like alts when they are "different' than your main and there just isn't enough difference between Destiny classes to make it worthwhile for me, especially when the "origin" stories and everything are all the same. And I've done all the missions multiple times because repetition so it's like, "Yeah, let me do all these quests AGAIN except this time I do less damage... yay..." $.02

I got a level 11 defender Titan I need to work on. I have armamentium and a legendary helm waiting for her when she's leveled up to 20.

I just got my warlock to level 22. Now I'm goin to work on my second hunter which is level 8. If I can get all 3 up to 28 or higher that 27 coins a week plus shards and energy and everything else Ill earn from each toon.

I'd like to start another one up, but I find that I get so little time to actually play that there is still so much to do with my main. Between bounties, daily heroic, the weekly and a little Crucible here and there, I just don't seem to have the time. I'm still only working on 28 now, and I've been playing since day 1. It would be cool to try out another class though, just to see how it works from another point of view. The biggest question is, if I ever do start another one, which to go with (Warlock or Titan)! That adds to the quandary! :)

Edited by OldManBacon13: 10/21/2014 5:34:55 PMThis is always my issue in games like this. In diablo 3 I have over 200 hours playing a barb and 10 hours playing all other classes combined. I always say I will play the alts and have the best intentions but in the end I am a one of those parents that openly admits to having a favourite child.

I have the same problem just started a warlock the other day when some family was over. everyday I say I'm gonna level him up and then I remember the daily, bounties, public events all easy materials and get caught up doing other things and never log onto the warlock lol. Somehow managed to level up a hunter to 24 mostly because I got a chest piece from xur for him. So this week I'll buy something for my warlock so I have more reason to level Him faster.

I read a guide that talked about just doing 2 story levels, a public event and a few bounties a day with each alt and within a few weeks you'll have them there. I recently started putting time in to this as well but got a nice motivator last Friday as my 23 motes of light got me a sweet titan chest piece. Now I just have to get him to 20 so he can put it on... I think another important point tho is that if you make two new toons in different classes, then playing those helps you to better understand the perks/limitations of each.
