IB arms vs Raid arms

So I have the raid arms fully leveled and got the Ib arms last night. I just want to know what everyone thinks of the difference between the two, and how much the extra special energy from praetorians or oracles helps in the raid. I'm a defender Titan so most of the time I have a fully charged bubble anyways, and the IB arms look so much better.

I'd say keep them both leveled and swap while raiding if you need the bump.
