Atheon lives another day...

Despite our hardest effort we couldn't quite tackle the big guy last night. It didn't help that the group was a bit random and one guy kept dropping from the game. We got Atheon to a sliver of life a few times but he stood firm. Being a LVL 29 in hardmode is quite frustrating. Bashing the Minotaurs with the shield is so ineffective and the Oracles take too much time to kill. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel... clearing the Gatekeeper stage rewarded me with my missing armor piece. I am happy to say I joined the famed LVL 30 club today! As a bonus I finally maxed out the Gjallahorn. So I am fairly confident that next time we enter the Vault of Glass Atheon will draw the short stick. Speaking of which - anyone up on Sunday to finish the fight?
