raid gear question
I've heard that I need 3 pieces of raid gear and an exotic piece to hit 30z I've got an exotic and 1 piece of raid gear equipped. Everything's maxed except my regular piece of legendary armor, which still has three upgrades open on it. Would that be enough to bump me to 30.

The legendary pieces of equipment acquired OUTSIDE of the raid will give you at the most with all of the upgrades 27 Light points, when RAID legendary gear will give you up to 30 LP with all of the upgrades. So far we require 120 LP to reach level 30, so my recommendation is: dont waste ascendant shards in non raid gear or non exotic.
