The First Guardians

During the Opening Cinematic, we are invited to witness humanity's first encounter with the Traveler, during a violent storm on Mars. And, I wonder, is this the first three Guardians we are laying witness to? I've elaborated on this at our website. ___________________________________ After receiving an anomalous transmission, NASA quickly dispatched a fireteam to Mars to investigate potential extraterrestrial activity. Hiking for days through tumultuous weather, the fireteam climbed the peak of one of Mars most dangerous sites; Olympus Mons, and set their sights upon a miracle; a spherical orb, glowing white, levitating just out of reach, and beneath it, a garden! Thunder struck and a shiver fell down the spines of the fireteam as Light engulfed them, and they were blessed as the First Guardians, the harbingers of this wayward entity. Overwhelmed, the astronauts fell to the ground on their knees and wept as the heavenly object ascended through the clouds of Mars newly rejuvenated atmosphere. This Traveler would bless humanity with gifts beyond the comprehension of physics and the laws of reality. And with each blessing, our Light grew. But that Light cast a terrible Shadow......
