How do you determine the rarity of an item? (Via quality level?)
Hopefully this is a quick question: how can I determine the rarity of a given item? Is it tied to quality level? If so, what are the possible values for quality levels of items, and what do each of those quality levels represent rarity-wise? As an example, I *think* quality level 0 is Common, but I'm not 100% sure.
