I have been experiencing a mild case of Carpal Tunnel Syndrom :>(

Its true....I have some pain right below the index of my left thumb....So sad my friend is bringing over GTA5 for me to borrow. So sad that I will actually have pain playing game. Anybody know of any remedies? Besides taking a break lol. I don't want to lol.
