"The Greys" 5th Race Speculation

Anyone who knows a little more than most people about Aliens (or has seen the movie Dark Skies) has heard of "The Greys." Many speculate them to be the little green men (only grey) that we all know and love. Others speculate that they are some form of super-future humans. Do y'all think it's possible, that the 5th race is "The Greys." Or if not, what's your theory?
