• Mission Statement

The word Nephilim means Giants among men of old. Here in this group/clan we treat eachother fairly, we have fun, and we act serious when need be. Here we discuss Destiny, Destiny content and we setup matchmaking fireteams. A request will go from a person asking to join to a Admin and the Admin will ask them who invited them and if it clears out then they will be accepted into our Family. If you invite someone you are responsible for their actions to an extent, we dont want trolls or haters. Remember, have fun and remember why you are here. Remember who is your family fighting next to you. Remember the Nephilim.

Physical Training

Being that LawOfTheJungle complimented me on my picture so nicely haha it inspired me to make this thread. So if any of you ever want to discuss Physical Training as in Cardio, Weight Training, Body building, and Crossfit. I will be more than willing to help. Ive been in the gym since i was 15(now 25) and have done all the above including ive been in the Army for the last 5 years so i have had professional training in the matter. Dont be shy in asking or discussing if any of you would like to collaborate if you already train :)

  • I bench press every other night (i have one in my room) and lift other single handed weights, run the days I don't bench, and do the Insanity workout lead by Shaun T on the days I run, and then I take a break one day a week. So bro, what kind of work outs do you do? or routines? I saw your pic with your Destiny poster and you are one muscular dude! What keeps you motivated? I usually listen to my favorite band Linkin Park or listen to Halo OST to keep motivated, but lately they have been failing me a little bit.

    • I do the Assassin's Creed workout in the Summer and the Spartan-II workout in the winter. It works. Assassin's Creed Workout Spartan-II Workout
