I bench press every other night (i have one in my room) and lift other single handed weights, run the days I don't bench, and do the Insanity workout lead by Shaun T on the days I run, and then I take a break one day a week. So bro, what kind of work outs do you do? or routines? I saw your pic with your Destiny poster and you are one muscular dude! What keeps you motivated? I usually listen to my favorite band Linkin Park or listen to Halo OST to keep motivated, but lately they have been failing me a little bit.
