This is my first time to this forum. I am only here because I posted about needing help in several other forums, including one in the comments where Cozmo had posted and commented in hopes of getting the attention of other Cozmo or Bungie, and so far I have been overlooked or ignored. Therefore, I am going to post in every possible forum I can, hoping that they will finally see it and help. Here is my issue. Bungie, PLEASE HELP!!!! I still cannot play Destiny because the April 12th update is not working, and it keeps telling me it cannot read the content. I have been waiting days to hear back from someone, and I still have not. I purchased a second copy of the game brand new to ensure it wasn't the disc, and it is not the disc. I am disappointed with the fact that EVERY time Destiny has an update, it always causes a problem on my Xbox 360. I really hope you can correct the errors the update keeps causing. Status Update: It has been several days since I originally posted this, and I still haven't received any help whatsoever. I haven't even gotten a comment back from you guys. If this error is not fixed SOON, I will have wasted way too much money, and my faith in customer support will have been completely erased for good. Please help me!
