6th member of consistent raid team

We are a team of 5, each with all 3 characters a minimum of level 28. We raid on hard 3 times a week (one for each character). Unfortunately we have struggled to get a 6th member of our team and are often scouting for randoms. Are there any dedicated destiny fans who are up for raiding on hard 3 times a week that would like to be part of our team?
