Group/Clan Newbie

Hey guys, hoping to be apart of a active clan and part of raid groups. I know most of the raids in and out, unfortunately most raid teams I have been in we have not finished crota yet. I am a soldier, i don't like to be the head leader of a raid unless I need to. So if you have a well thought out plan, I am your man. I play both Crucible and PvE, mainly PvE. I got thunderlord, gjallerhorn, and icebreaker (some of the more important PvE/ raid weapons) I also have Light Beyond Nemesis as helm on my level 31 warlock, with Crota Gauntlets, Boots, and Chest Piece, all with the assistive perks.
