XBox 360 Raid Team

Hello! My gamer tag is BeanieOWeenee. And i am a 32 titan defender that needs an experienced raid team for all raids and avalible whenever we need each other. For crotas end i can run sword, and be the bubble guy for our sword guy. I am experienced however, no ghorn! Thats why i need a team with 2 ghorns if possible! Also atleast 1 hunter with invis if possible if not, an experienced sword barrer. Also, my timezone is EST and if you guys are in a different timezone we have to adjust accordingly. I would like my team to be friendly and not rage if a member either falls, or is an XMas noob and needs to ve carried or inexperienced.
