A Request from Ikora Part 2 Issues

I have been working on trying to complete this bounty, and yet every time I play a new game, the damn thing resets. I twice now, have had 10 of 25 completed and suddenly I only have 2 or 0 of 25 completed. This bounty is driving me crazy, but I don't want to let it go considering it should give me an Exotic Weapon. If anyone can help me out, or tell me how to get this bounty completed, please message me on here or my PSN account. Thank you.
