For Our Future Clanmates...

Hi guys, Here at FireItUp we love to recruit, but I felt it necessary to put out some guidance to potential clannies as well as some guidelines for our council members. FireItUp considers all requests to join the clan on a case-by-case basis, but here are some things that would help us to identify you earlier: 1) Please have a sponsor from the clan! 2) Include that sponsor's name when submitting your request to the clan! 3) After you have joined, please send a friend request to either myself or another one of the leadership! The purpose of this criteria is just to have a minor vetting process and leadership oversight of people coming into the guild. By having a sponsor it shows that you have played with us before, like the clan environment, and therefore are more likely to stay. Putting down a sponsor also gives leadership some measure of accountability for who you will be playing with frequently (we hate it when new clannies join only to be forced to play by themselves because they don't know the core group). Lastly, as a fail-safe, you may add me or any other member of the leadership (let us know you are a new member via message, pls) so that we can help in any way that we can with your player goals! We're not asking for super competitive, or super goal oriented players, we just want to make sure that we are approving good candidates and that we are really welcoming them into the clan!
