The Iron Banner Returns 12/16/14

Hey guys what's up? So visit this link when you get the chance because it sounds like the latest banner gear will only get you to level 31......yeah..... Well as you know, we can already earn level 31 now buy maxing out an exotic armor piece while maxing out your other 3 (light 33 capacity) armor pieces. Bungie is quoted as saying "Level 31 inventory can be earned by winners." So there you have it. It appears like the banner, similar to the very first time it appeared, will NOT provide raid-level armor pieces. Perhaps it will a month or so from now.
