Am I the only one who didn't run NF last night?

I've just about given up doing them. I've been doing them every week for awhile now and the best things I've received are 10 strange coins, and two heavies, everything else I've broken down. Some of the guys I run with have gotten ice breaker, hawk moon and other good weapons. I got gjallerhorn from the strike play list Tiger which is way easier.

Been playing it since launch and think I have done one maybe two nightfalls. Have a few friends who play but hardly ever on and can generally only play 1-2 hours at a time. Generally easier to just do some crucible and maybe the daily. Have tried things like destinylfg with no success. Generally play around 6-8 am mst on weekendsso most people aren't up yet. Haven't bothered with weekly in last couple weeks either. With no real match making the weekly events in this game really aren't setup for a time limited family man. Also I have to say I just don't find it to be fun. I find it to be way too tedious since you go back to orbit on death. Forces you to play too conservative which is boring. Also hate cheesing and would rather just not do something if I feel forced to cheese. The one time I did it the other guy insisted it was the only way to do most nightfalls after insisting we try it legit. And I can see why he said that. Based on seeing how mainstream cheese spots are this is just bad design. No one wants to waste a half hour or more getting to the boss only to have to restart the whole thing if they die. Designing something everyone feels requires cheating is just sad and basically devalues any sense of accomplishment one might have felt. As someone with limited time who doesn't want to cheese I am not wasting my precious time like that. Could waste one of my two weekend days and come away with nothing
