Looking for an active 360 clan/group

Looking for an active 360 destany clan to pug with, from raid to night fail I need a new group. My last group all got xbone. It is very difficult to raid with randoms, with the list of problems ranging from no comunication, wantin to be carried, to the good old fashioned they just don't care. I have an extensive background in mmo raid micanics, I have played destany since day one. I'm not particularly good at pvp probably about average but pve I feel as if I am above avrage. This is my desperate a tempt to finding a steady group to play with. If your group is looking for one more person to fill there roster then plz try me out, no hard feelings if I don't work out.
