Crota's end

Im looking to join someone raid team for crota's end I'm only done the raid twice and never actually beaten it cause everyone quit early looking for a team that can show me what to do I'm on xbox 360 would like to start from very beginning but I'm fine with a checkpoint my gamertag is leov8785
