Trials of Osiris Help.

I need a team to help me go Flawless in Trials of Osiris. There is just one problem, I'm not the best at PvP. My K/D is only 1.2, So is there anyone out there that will give me a hand? Also, any tips and tricks will be greatly appreciated...
