Trials of Osiris

Hey everyone, I'm trying to get a team together for Trials of Osiris on PS4. The team will always play together, so that we may grow a team. I have found that most of the flawless players have a designated team that they always do trials with. That is what I am looking for. Sadly my current K/D is a mediocre .90, but I also have not played a whole lot of crucible matches. I would like to have a couple of really good PvP players that can teach me a thing or two and also pass down some tips and tricks.
