Looking for mature with mic to raid with EST time

Hey, like the topic says, I'm looking for mature people to raid and do strikes with, I have a min/max playstyle, currently level 26 warlock and I play with my buddy who's a 25 hunter, we're looking to progress further in raids and strikes, both intelligent players. I'm generally on after 9 pm EST until around midnight (weekdays) and weekends I play a little later, with the occasional hour or two throughout midday. If you're someone that likes to coordinate maximum efficiency in completing bounties / quests between the entire fireteam and you want to work on progression than hit me up, My GT is feelinCrisp.
