Looking for fireteam for Crota's End Raid

Level 34 Warlock. Maxed Sunsinger or Voidwalker. I've never run Crota's End before, but I'm looking to either start or join a team. I've done VoG, so I'm not completely new to raids. Used to Iron Banner and Prison of Elders. I'm looking for a more experienced team to buffer against the fact I don't know Crota's End yet. Central Time. Available most days /this/ week after 2pm. Not opposed to finding some people more active in Destiny and willing to do Nightfall, PoE, or Trials of Osiris.
