Pokemon IV explanation?
So I have a cyndaquil and I want to give him hidden power when he is a high enough level. I know that hidden power typing can be determined by IV numbers and I want to get either an Ice or Rock type hidden power. So could I get an explanation on IVs and how I could go about do this with my pokemon?

The formula is actually incredibly confusing. Just start breeding the Poke that you want, and keep bringing them to the Hidden Power checker in Anistar until you get one that has sufficient IV's and the 'hidden power' typing that you'd like.
