When I was a kid, in Emerald I used to just destroy the League with Rayquaza. As time went by I came to realize how much of a cop out it was. Now I just ditch them in the PC and destroy the League with my hard trained team.

Only after the first fight
-
Not really, it felt cheap, and unfair.
-
Same. Using legendaries is cheap.
-
In Black 2 I used a Giratina but it was around the same level as my team.
-
Nope. I don't see the point in having a legendary if all your pokemon are Level 50+ for the E4. Especially considering that my starter in Emerald is Mudkip a lot.
-
I used Rayquaza in emerald but I haven't used legendaries since. Kind of takes the fun out of it when you use a legendary.
-
I used to put 1 or 2 in my team because they where higher level but 90% of the time it was my original team that goes up against the elite 4. Also Emerald? Gen 1 Pokemon Red master race.
-
I only use legendaries if I am trying to raise them, but no, most of the time they just sit in my PC. I find the game more satisfying without using legendaries. Though in X I do use Thundurus and Deoxys currently, but I am probably going to replace them.
-
I used articuno in firered, I really don't know why.
-
I used Zapdos in Red. Other than that, nah. Zapdos may or may not still be my favourite Pokemon because of the impression it made on me when I first saw it as a little kid playing Red.
-
Everybody knows that your starter pokémon can solo the entire game.
-
Only in Black 2, I loved Black Kyurem so much I added it to my main team. Other than that, no, I never have.
-
lolno, my teams are built around the E4, hell, I still beat lance's Barrier dragonite, in Gen I, with a Level 2 zubat for kicks.
-
Nah I don't play pokemon
-
By the time I got to the Elite Four in Red, my Charizard was already at level 90. Beat 'em at level 92, with him using struggle to topple my rival's Blastoise. My Charizard was the only legend I needed. That and I'd killed any of the Legendaries I'd come across along the way. Whoops.
-
I never paid attention to whether or not they were Legendary. I didn't even realize there were stats really until relatively recently in my Pokemon career, so those never mattered. I just went with whoever the coolest Pokemon were. Sure that happened to include Kyogre and Rayquaza, but that's just a byproduct of Legendaries almost always looking cooler.
-
I used to, but I stopped doing so.
-
i havent even beat X yet...
-
Yeah, I didn't have any other Pokémon so I pretty much had to.
-
I did. Just because I never had a full team of high levels by the time I got to the elite 4. Had to replace my HM bitch
-
In the previous games I don't think I would use them, but with X I stick Xerneas (probably not correct spelling) just because I don't have a fairy type and I feel the need to have one.
but I never use him because I just wipe all the members and the champ with my greninja
-
I used my dialga as a meat shield in gen 4,my empoleon outclassed my dialga.By like a whole 20 more levels, which is usual for me as I mostly train my starter Pokemon the most.Except in gen 6,I mostly trained the torchic I got from day one.
-
nope i used a team of dragonites :P
-
I never use legendaries. I never liked the idea that I have this rare, one-of-a-kind Pokemon that the computer can never have and know how it destroys them. Something just didn't feel right in using them. I don't know
-
I never used Legendaries when I played Silver as a kid.
-
I do both.
