My headset broke(please help)
I'm turtle beach x32 headset won't turn on and no it's not the batteries. I shut it off during a game and was gone for maybe five minutes. When I came back they soundly turn on at all.
The internet us useless with many people saying that have had this problem, but no one ever answers them. It's the weekend so I won't hear back from TB until Monday and that's a maybe. Of all the times it could have broken it chooses now. I want to have my first sounds of Destiny be played through a headset.
Can anyone help?

Something like tht happen too me wen I was playing game the sound of my turtle beaches was messing up and sometimes just went off & to find out it was my TV the whole time nun was wrong with them.

Turtle Beach sent me a defective head set.... Can't hear anyone I tried everything possible. I hear game sound but no people in the game. It -blam!-ing sucks. So have to send it in on Monday ugh...... Sucks to be us for destiny

This just 1 week ago happened to me check the wires connecting ur xbox from ur tv to see if the audio isnt loose or anything because i fixed mine like that
