Need shards amd or energies easily?

The most effective way to get these items without entering the raid, is for you to obtain legendary gear, level it up to the last perk WITHOUT purchasing any of the perks, and to dismantle it. You can obtain up to 6 shards and or energies depending on if you dismantle a piece of armour or a weapon.
