Why cant I set as Xbox Clan :/

At first I was in the Xbox clan,then i got MSG that clan was disbanded and it kicked me.In the Beta in my name it said my Clan was BOLDLY TO THE STARS,but when i go on Bungie.net it says Im not in the clan and when i try to join it gives me this error MSG "We've encountered an error, please try again later.(3)",so i waited few days and its the same MSG.Im just confued xD
