The Last of the Guardians

(This is a continuation of xxawesomepeepsx story a guardian rises) Alexi awoke to the sound of his new ghost, once his head stopped spinning he took a look around. The only reason he knew he was within the city was because of all the rubble, and human corpses. But it was not the hundreds of thousands of human corpses that made his stomach churn almost to the point of throwing up... It was the hundreds of the faint lights of dead ghosts laying in every street, and the rubble of crumbled buildings. His heart sank. "Don't worry a few made it out" his ghost reassured him. "Guardians?" Alexi asked as his hopes began to grow. "Yes" his ghost replied, "and a few humans did too" Alexi still had one question to ask his ghost, "How did the city fall?" All that his ghost replied with was, "it doesn't matter. What matters now is keeping u alive." Alexi understood that since there were very few guardians left Alexi's life was the most important thing for him to keep. "Where to ghost?" Alexi asked his ghost as he picked up a simple hand cannon from the ground, and what appeared to be a few kitchen knives. "This way." His ghost replied as he hovered past a Fallen Walker. And from that point on Alexi's legend was just beginning
