V.O.G secrets

It's because when you start a mission or raid, what ever level you pick out, the enemies will turn that level. For example u play the mission "The Hidden Array" and u set it to 30. Well if you go into any mission areas, what I mean is the inside of places. So if you go all the way to "The Breach" they are also level 30. If you go to "The Rocket Yards" and then go "The Refinery" they will also be level 30. If u start up V.O.G all mission areas will either be level 26 or level 30. It's not because they are connected with the "Vault of Glass" it's because the game counts the mission areas as parts of what your doing. So it sets them to the level you selected. But it does not do it from the outside of mission areas. Now I am not talking about "Campus-9" or "The Cinders". They still count as mission levels. Just not like "Ishtar Cliffs" on Venus or "Archers line" on the Moon or "The Barrens" on Mars for example. They are not mission areas. Hoped this explained it for you.
