A Guardian's Tale Part 4:Training

I AM WROTE THIS ON THE MOBILE APP I MIGHT HAVE SOME WRONG SPELLING! BEEP BEEP BEEP! "Rise and shine guardian." Ghost said. I opened my eyes and saw ghost hovering in front of me. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. "The speaker wants you to meet with him, Ikora Rey, and Lord Shaxx for training." "Ok." I said. I got out of bed, put my helmet on, and walked out the door. "Follow me." Said ghost. We travelled to tower west and saw the three. "Ah there you are." The Speaker said. "So this is him?" Asked Lord Shaxx. Ikora Rey walked towards me and looked into my eyes, it was as if she was trying to see into my soul. "I have never sensed the light so strong in someone before," "what is your power guardian?" Asked Ikora. "Well ghost said I am a void walker." I replied. "Interesting." Said the speaker and Ikora at the same time. "Meh. We'll see if he is good in training." Shaxx said with slight disapproval in his voice. "Yes now let's begin." We all got into a transporter ship to head to training. I looked out the window to see the beautiful traveller and saw the sun barely rising above the it. My gaze shifted to the mountains. I could see cities in ruin all around the mountains. Why would the darkness do this? I turned to see the Speaker and Lord Shaxx talking to each other, but I couldn't make out what they were saying. Ikora stepped into the room. "We will be arriving shortly. Mind if I join you?" "Sure." "Your Ghost told me that you went face to face with Fallen from House of Devils, very impressive." "Thanks." "They are some of the toughest of all Fallen. I sense greatness from you." What did she mean greatness? What's so special about me? Before I could ask her Lord Shaxx announced we had arrived. I trailed behind the three into what looked like a war zone. The three stopped and turned to me. "This is where the famous battle of Twilight Gap happened. Many guardians fell here. If we did not win, no one would be alive. Lord Shaxx fought bravely here..." "I don't want to talk about it." Interrupted Shaxx turning away. "Anyways moving on, today you will train here. Shaxx why don't you explain." Shaxx stepped forward, "we have set up frames around this place and have set up certain situations. The gun smith has kindly given you some weapons to test out." Shaxx said pointing to some frames holding weapons. I walked toward them and inspected the guns. I picked up a hand cannon and a sniper rifle. "Now that you have chosen your weapons, step on that circle to begin your first test." I jogged over to the circle and stood on it. As soon as I did frames turned on and took there positions. One poked its head out from cover and I shot it with my sniper rifle. Another emerged and threw a grenade. I ducked behind some rubble. BOOM! The grenade went off. I sprinted to some more cover then peeked out and shot some more frames. A mob of them started advancing toward my location. "Use your nova!" Yelled Ghost. 'Oh yeah I can do that' I thought. I closed my eyes and focused, channeling all of my power to create a nova bomb. I jumped into the air and threw it into the oncoming horde. They all disintegrated into the void. I took out my hand cannon and slowly advanced. I took out more frames but more kept coming. 'Oh boy.' I thought. After what seemed like hours of dodging, shooting, nova bombing, and punching I finally destroyed all of the frames. "Excellent guardian excellent. You almost beat Lord Shaxx's time!" The Speaker announced. "Great work guardian." Said Lord Shaxx approvingly. "You will make a great warlock." Ikora said "Now let's head back to the tower." We all started walking towards the transport when Lord Shaxx stopped me. "I can't wait to see you in the crucible."
