A tournament will be held and those who win one on one pvp martial arts tournament that place in one two three will make Spartans. Lore Chars are off limits as well as numbers.) 2.Background: What kind of person are they and who are they?(No Lore Characters as that is my job. I might introduce people from Halo into this depending on the Adventure.)Tell facts of where they live or where they are from. Did they graduate from the Academy? How long have they been in. No one has seen combat till now or adventure. 3.Choose equipment and flesh out personality. You can make as many personality's as you like but remember you are playing this person so if you can have multiple people so if you have more than two try to keep track. 4. Since we don't have dice we will use the one for one post method. I must approve of all characters and they must fit into lore.
