Anyone else experiencing these Beta issues on 360?

So I'm not sure if this is my terribad AT&T internet or my xbox360 but has anyone else in the beta had these issues? Sound tearing, where it becomes filled with static and overly broken up or robotized. I get this with some audio messages in the tower, and once when picking up a beacon message. Mostly it is the music as I zip along on my sparrow. Invisible wall, Also when zipping along on my sparrow through that windy russian cavern that links to the boat yard, I have hit an invisible wall more than once. I just wait and it seems like I can go again. Jump lag, I have jumped over enemies to shoot at them only to have them blink around. I assume this is just network lag but it could be something to do with the system. Thoughts?
