Looking for a Team for Weekends

Hey all, loving Destiny, but there is a downfall. No one ever has a mic. Its hard to play a strategy game with no communication. I work a 7 to 6 ; Mon-Fri job so I don't play much if at all on the weekdays, but I do play on the Weekends quite a bit, early morning to late night. I'm looking for like minded players that play in the same time periods as I do. Looking to do Story Mode and Crucible.
