I need help for VoG(Vault of Glass)nobody will do it

please i need help and nobody will help me on raid and whenever i get good gear and i get off and save it my good loot disappears the next time i get on because i always get off after i get good loot.😿 (xbox one only sorry for the 360 people dont have it for my 360)
