They are the League of Extraordinary Shitposters There's something about them, but you can't quite grasp what. Is it the smell, that pleasant but menacing scent reminiscent of scrib jelly mixed with the musk of a guar? Perhaps it's that air of defiant godhood; you can feel just through their presence that they are the masters of their own realities. Whatever it is, you've come to realize what they truly are, or maybe just the beginning of what they are. You can read their stares, and you know that they can and won't tear you apart. That they are above you, and below you, and beside and inside you. In this moment you take the next step, you become they, they become you. Conqueror and alterer. You've come to the end and found the holy syllable. Royalty. I ARE ALL WE

  • I find it hilarious that all these people say "90's rap was way better, today's rap is garbage." Trying to be so hipster, or they're just having a nostalgia trip. Rap is better now than it ever has been before, because it's grown and developed as a genre. There is much more variety to it now than ever. Also, according to these nostalgia critics, mainstream rap today is awful. Let's take Drake for example, one of the most mainstream rappers of the day. Even Jay-Z and Nas (two 90's legends) have acknowledged that he is extremely talented. Drake extended the boundary of rap with his singing/rapping that Kanye West had done with 808's and Heartbreaks. Kanye West is also one of the greatest musicians of the present day, and thanks to him rap has evolved and continued to evolve. If you disagree because you don't like Kanye West as a person, you are ignorant to his overall contribution to rap. Rap is bigger now, and as such, if you look hard enough, you can find a type of rap to fit any taste you might have for it. So even if you are one of those people who thinks the 90's rap was better, you can find artists who still embody that 90's rap style and flair.
