Hello from another new member

Hi, I'm another new member. This clan sounds like it is exactly like how I already play the game. I play all 3 characters and classes with a 32 Warlock and Hunter, and a 31 Titan that just needs shards. I've got a pretty good arsenal of stuff and am just down to a handful of exotics that I don't have. I've also been a ghost and grimoire score collector and have made a few checklists/reference sheets that I could possibly make available for anyone that might be interested. For me and several of my friends (who are affiliated with a clan that we created but isn't growing), Tuesdays are generally Nightfall day so we get the extra XP for the week, and we make sure to get the weeklies before the reset. I mostly focus on doing most of the PvE and Eris bounties every day, but usually only play the Crucible after collecting a bunch of the "Complete 5..." bounties then grab whatever seems to be within my ability on the day that I have to clear those out. I'm mainly looking to get more involved in hard mode raids, there are a few items that I don't have yet, like the Vex that it seems to be pretty difficult to get a competent team together. PUGs have been just horrible experiences and I'm more than happy to play regularly with a group of people, get to know each other's play styles and get some more experience in the raids. At some point after the heavy ammo synths get sold again I'd also like to try to learn the timing for using the sword against Crota, I was always the sword runner since I was the 31 during the cheese, but haven't learned the timing yet for taking down the big guy. I'm on most weeknights from 4 PM EST to whenever I get tired and most weekends. I do have a weekday job so have to play responsibly and be awake in the morning for work.
