Trials clans or teams?

Hunter and warlock 34 with thorn maxed like it matters I just want a chill crew to mess around in trials with if we win well we celebrate if we lose try again let me know thru PSN if there are any such pvp related clans consistent 1.8-2.3 k/d in iron and regular crucible (No rage quitters please its a game).
