There is a cap at 150 per platform (150 for Xbox, 150 for PS). We have had over 3000 requests the past few months, so we are not able to accept everyone. So what we do is accept members who are active at our website, since they are participating in our community, they are happy to represent us online. http://www.destinycafe.net
