Tips for Successful Weekly Grouping

It is the first Tuesday since this clan was started, and we are already up to 38 people at the time of writing this. That means we have 12 2/3 potential groupings available to make for the Nightfall and Heroic Strikes! That should, if all works well, take some of the work out of having to find a group via the App or Destinylfg. Here are a few tips to help out: 1) Clean out your friend list and add the people from the clan. This will help you find each other. If you are PS4, 360 or XBone, you might have a hard time, as this is a PS3 clan. 2) Switch over to using GOLD as your active clan. This is done by going to Bungie.net, logging in via your PSN account (or whatever your account is linked to) and going to "Groups" on left hand side of the screen. If you are on a phone, it looks different (Look for a "Membership" link). From there, find "Guild of Light and Dark" in your groups. Click on it. Somewhere it will say "Playstation Clan." From there, it should be easy to make this group your active Playstation clan. Why do all this? First, it puts the clan tag on your in-game banner and your profile. Second, it will help your other clanmates find people in the clan to group with, as that profile and banner will tell them you are part of the group. 3) Do your best to include your clan mates in your groupings. Help a team who just needs one more, even if you've already finished it. Most of us probably have 3 characters who need to clear both the Heroic and Nightfall, so be willing to help, or even get your other characters leveled up to run it multiple times. That is all!
