New members, do we need any?

So I was thinking is having a drive to get more members (as our clan is full) worthwhile? There's no point doing it unless everyone is onboard as we all have to do our bit to advertise the group, so I'm putting it out there. I think it would be beneficial as more guys means it will be easier to link up on the fly? Or is everyone more or less happy in that department? Rusty
