Hello fellow guardians

Hi I'm a fairly new player to Destiny and have struggled with the raids, have only done Crota once and VoG x2 on normal. I want to learn any tips and tricks any of you are willing to pass onto me :) Is there a group willing to take me through on Aetheon on hard? Ok you got me, carry me through....
