Looking for a raid group

Hello. I am turboboost101. I am a level 34 hunter with ice breaker, vex, crux, matador and last word. But that's not what you would want to know. You see, ever since day one I have used countless lfgs looking for a team. And to add to that I have been kicked out more groups than my minutes in playing time!(7 days 8hrs approx) purely because I a) don't have a gjally and b) I cannot speak through my mic, only hear what others are saying. But just having a raiding group full of friendly players who wouldn't kick me out would make my time playing destiny more enjoyable, less bitter and a LOT less frustrating. I play a lot and am very skilled, once 2 manning Crota hm( I was the swordbearer) I can swordbear ( hence killing Crota on hm) hold relic and am not too bad at pvp if I say so myself! I am yet to defeat skolas but have watched enough guides to know exactly what I am doing. Thank you for perusing this post.
