The Rules and Direction

As stated the goal of this group is to build a strong foundation. We are looking for Skill well rounded guardians at first and then seek to expand the groups members. Those in the foundation are expected to help others and lead by example. during this start up period as it were there will be a grace period in which your skills/knowledge/teamwork/comunication will be evaluated. that being said you dont have to be the greatest there ever was as my main concern right now is just teamwork and communication. Rules and such: Be respectful Learn and take constructive Critisism. (to clarify, have an open mind, you may learn a better way that was previously unknown to you.) Help others(when the time arives) Dont be beligerant. (there is a chance we may in the future have younger members, be mindful of what you say and who your around when you say it.) NO DRAMA. (This is my biggest pet peive and im sure most of the clan will feel the same way, if any one member creates drama within the clan with multiple warnings, i or another administrator will boot you from the clan in a heart beat.) Have fun. (As stated in the mission statment, lets grow as a clan/Family and have each others backs)
