Raiding Together??

I need to run VOG (normal and hard) for 2 of my characters, and Crota on 2 of my characters... If anyone wants to run it msg me or just jump on my fire team when you see me on and we can get a team together!!! We've been in Iron Banner a lot lately, trying to get the helmet for Stephens Titan, and the chest piece for my Hunter... Any tips to level up quicker???
