3 RepliesThe Joker. Unlike all other villains, he doesn't want to take over the world, he just wants to cause chaos for the sake of causing chaos. All his battles are battles of will power and wits, not brute strength. He will get into his foe's head and mess with him. Whenever the Joker does lose and gets put back in Arkham, he's just getting more prep time to plan his next move.

I would say Mr.freeze is one of my favorite villains because he really isn't a bad guy he just wants to save his wife and it gives him motivation for doing what he does.
