The most destructive emotion?
Interested to see what you think the emotion/feeling that causes the most damage to/between humans is.
Comment below and please explain why you chose what you did.

1 ReplyI'm really only familiar with anxiety. Most other serious forms of emotion cause you to act, anxiety however, keeps you stagnant. Keeps you shut in. Keeps you from experiencing. All emotion how're can be overcome with a breathe, a pause and realizing that all emotion I temporary. Easier said than done, however.
