Destiny Alpha Knowledge (spoilers)

Hey guys, I just wanted to start a collection of knowledge that anyone has learned while playing the Alpha. Tips tricks, anything can help people out when the Beta and full game come out. I mainly played the campaign. Not any real info on multiplayer though. I will share what I have learned and hope you buys will too. In the Tower: There are many vendors for gear. Some vendors you need to level up by buying items from them or farming resources. The encryptor can be levelled up quickly by buying random low level items, in the Alpha you maxed him out at level 3. Once at level 3 you can purchase more uncommon and rare items from him. Also if he had a rare or uncommon encrypted item for sale, you do no necessarily get the same item when you buy it more then once. I bought my best gear from him. Recommend levelling him up early. Free Roam: Lots of hidden chests, you can usually tell you are near one because you will hear a certain sound, all thats left is to locate where the sound is coming from and sometime it is tricky how to get to it but always possible. Many chests posses glimmer but I have found uncommon weapons and an uncommon sparrow. Each section of the map has its own public events, some harder then others. Enemies respawn quickly you it's easy to level up while farming resourses. The Evil Within Mission: When you get to the satellite tower you encounter three enemies at the entrance. Once you kill them and walk in, you will notice a room to the right, you will find a loot chest in there. The three Fallen enemies you just killed respawn in that room. They will respawn every 10 seconds. This occurs only during the mission, takes much longer for them to spawn during free roam. This is a great spot if you just want to level up yourself and guns. All you have to do is stand at the entrance of the room and kill them every 10 seconds. It's awesome and lazy. Septiks Prime Strike: Always take out the snipers first, I recommend having a sniper rifle as your special weapon for this strike as there is a lot of enemy snipers. Also, when you are entering the room where the final boss is…for the love of -blam!- do not go back to where you came from to try to hide while recharging your shield. Everytime someone on your team runs back the game spawns fallen captains to discourage you from trying to run away from the fight with the boss. Any time I played the strike with random people and I saw them run back into the room to hide it pissed me off. Also, before you enter the actual strike you have to get through high level fallen and hive. The respawn very quickly as this is the entry way to the strike, another great place to level up. Final thoughts: Best places to level up are when starting a mission or strike, enemies spawn very very quickly just before the actual entrance making it great to quickly level up guns and gear.
